As a Conveyor Systems Sales Engineer/Technician at Bevco, you will be a key member of Bevco’s sales team, and you will contribute to the delivery of Bevco’s high quality conveyors and equipment on time, every time.  You are:

  • Proficient with AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with Syspro and Dynamics CRM
  • Familiar with tabletop and mattop conveyor systems and equipment for beverage companies
  • Willing to travel (<20% of the time)




The following education will be considered an asset:

  • Diploma or degree in related technical discipline and/or sales
  • Project Management training



Conveyor System and Equipment Projects

  • Liaise with external integrators, agents and customers for the development of projects
  • Visit project locations locally and abroad to verify project requirements and gather technical information
  • Prepare line layout drawings and conceptual drawing layouts in AutoCAD or review layout drawings prepared by external sales agents
  • Update and progress equipment and conveyor costing tools
  • Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates based on conveyor system layouts
  • Produce proposal documents for Bevco conveyor systems and equipment
  • Produce Sales Specifications and Scopes of Work for each project
  • Monitor project progress to ensure projects stay on track throughout all phases
  • Monitor progress payment schedules
  • Coordinate with engineering, production and customers relating to order and delivery status

Additional Sales and Technical Duties

  • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails relating to inquiries on previously sold equipment, new equipment, parts orders and service inquiries
  • Manage Bevco’s parts sales for sold equipment and review and update parts pricing structure
  • Optimize performance of parts sales via Bevco’s website store
  • Coordinate Sales Orders with Engineering, Production and Shipping/Purchasing
  • Maintain job files and other administrative aspects to sales order processing
  • Develop and progress sales tools in conjunction with marketing
  • Develop and update equipment rebuild kits and maintenance and troubleshooting instructions for equipment and conveyors
  • Develop manuals for equipment assembly, maintenance and installation
  • Carry out and document testing of Bevco equipment
  • Plan and coordinate Bevco representation at trade shows and industry events
  • Manage and optimize the use of Bevco’s CRM software (Dynamics 365)
  • Play active role in sales review and strategy meetings
  • Carry out market research studies
  • Coordinate travel for service and sales technicians
  • Maintain a willingness and ability to travel locally and remotely
