Stackers
Bevco’s Stackers are specialized to suit various canning and bottling industries. We stack multiple heights of products (2 – 4 pieces of products on top of each another) prior to case packing. The stacker is optimal for stacking products with a tapered or nesting bottom configuration.

The stacking systems consists of infeed and outfeed conveyors that lane and transport the products to and from the stacker. The products drop on top of each other and are fed into the star wheel, which controls the rate of the stacking process. The star wheel is indexed using photo-eyes and an air clutch brake system.
